Fun Times with a almost 2 year old!

Between being pregnant, and keeping up with Addison- there is not much time to do anything else. The other day I was in the shower and I heard Addison come running in and she started going "Mmmm...Yummy." Knowing I had not given her anything to eat- I looked out of the shower curtain to find that the little princess went into the trash can and got out the leftover flatbread I had made a few nights before. She had the BIGGEST smile on her face- you could tell she was very proud.

Addison is becoming such a little lady. This was before church last Sunday.

Addisons favorite summer treat has been BLUEBERRIES! Thank goodness Gaga and Papa have what seem like to be an endless supply on the blueberry plants. Addison has really loved going on and picking her own blueberries and eating them right off the vine.

Addy has quite the little personality on herself. She keeps James and I on our toes- and we find that most of the time we are laughing at all the fun things she is doing. As she gets older, it is so fun and exciting to see her excitement over new things. I find that I get excited before showing her something new- and her reactions just make your heart melt. We are very lucky to have such an amazing little girl!

Mullet Be-Gone!

Well, I finally got the guts together to take Addy to get her mullet chopped off! I just couldn't bear the thought of my little girl growing up...old enough to need a hair cut. Here's a before shot:

She did really good until the lady put that thing around her neck. ha ha.

Needless to say, the paper did not stay on...we didn't even manage to get a cutting gown on. Gaga was such a trooper she came along for moral support (for Addy, not me:)).

Overall, Addy did a great job and her hair looks super cute. I must say- she was WAY more excited about getting to go out to eat afterwards with Gaga then her haircut.

Girly Girl!

Addison has turned into quite the little girly girl. I was painting my toe nails the other day and she came in, got paint out of the cabinet and acted like she was painting her nails also. I thought I would give it a try (assuming she would scream about it being on her feet), and she LOVED it! We have since painted our toe nails several times...and she has even had Gaga paint her toes!

Easter?!?!?

Well, Happy Easter! ha ha ha. I have got a lot of catching up to do! We were able to get together with Addy's cousins and dye Easter eggs. This was Addy's first experience- and well...maybe next year! She was more interested in playing.

...And taking pictures with the camera

We had a great Easter, and Addy had a fun time on her second Easter Egg Hunt (the first didn't go so well). We were at my parents house (Justin-sitting) over Easter while they were out of town watching Natalie graduate. It turned out that because of my grandfathers unplanned visit to the emergency room, my mom came home early. So, we got to spend Easter morning with my mom, granny, Justin, and our little family.

Addy LOVES her Gaga, and she was very excited that she was there to celebrate Easter morning with us. Everything she got in her basket, and every Easter egg that she found had to be taken straight to Gaga. I love that she loves my mom so much.

She had a great time finding the eggs. After every egg she found, she had to open it to see what was inside.

Checking out her basket of goodies.

Daddy even gave her some fruit snacks early in the morning! She has turned into quite the Daddy's little girl.

Time just keeps flying by so quickly. I am slowly trying to get the blog updated before this new little girl decides to join our world!:)
